This is crazy, ricochets go brrr. This is the Most OP New Vex Build in Borderlands 4 and it oneshots everything, and can apply bleed from our explosions. Its nuts, this can oneshot pretty much everything in the game because the torgue impacts explode large enough to hit the boss easily. This is crazy because the increased ricochets from this gun gets absurd. With high caliber firmware its insane!
