Easy Pressed Flower Shortbread Cookies
200 grams of of unsalted butter
1/2 cup of castor sugar
1 tsp of vanilla essence
2 cups of all-purpose flour
Combine sugar and soft butter into a bowl.
Add the vanilla essence & flour.
Wrap in plastic and refrigerate until firm enough to roll.
Preheat the oven to 150 Celsius.
Roll out the dough to & cut out with a cookie cutter.
Place flowers & bake the cookies till pale golden around 10- 15 minutes.
Let the cookies cool completely on a rack.
Enjoy!
