I will use whatever workout I need to, to get my workout in, when life gets hectic. I also like to mix it up from time to time just for variety and to keep from getting too complacent. Here I discuss my "preferred approach" to weight training. A lot of you have asked about my training regimen. In this video I lay out MY approach to training and explain the basic guidelines I follow.
I understand everyone's schedule and goals are a bit different. In my next video, I will discuss the various splits, routines or regimens (and the pros and cons of each) to help you decide the on that's right for you.
