Описание: In her talk, Gabriela speaks about metamorphosis — the process through which we become who we truly are. She uses the metamorphosis of a butterfly as one of life’s most powerful metaphors, reflecting on the stages of change that are often difficult to understand and, at times, painful. Gabriela explores the idea that within the cocoon of vulnerability, where we may feel fragile, inner strength is quietly formed. Drawing from her personal and professional experiences, she shares how vulnerability is not a weakness, but a source of courage and authenticity. Courage, she believes, is what allows us to enter into dialogue with fear and to open our wings toward our uniqueness. Through this talk, Gabriela invites the audience to remember that we can become anything, but that every transformation begins with vulnerability, courage, and authenticity. This, she says, is the essence of true human metamorphosis. Gabriela is a change strategist and leadership coach with international experience in digital transformation and SAP ERP projects. Her work with global teams has shaped a deep understanding of human and organizational vulnerability during change.

She believes that authentic transformation begins with self-awareness. In 2021, Gabriela launched “VUCA²: Discover the Power Within You,” a concept that supports people in navigating volatility and uncertainty. In 2023, she published the inspirational journal “Audrey Hepburn: Reach Your Dreams,” focused on femininity and authenticity.

Gabriela is a mentor with Professional Women’s Network Romania and AFIST Romania, and a former co-producer and moderator of the TV show “Tell Me Your Story” on BiziLive TV. She currently divides her time between Romania and the United States.
