Duraid Qureshi, recipient of Sitara-i-Imtiaz (a civil award that recognises individuals who have made exceptionally meritorious contributions in important fields) is a prominent entrepreneur, philanthropist and CEO of HUM Network Limited. He co-founded the company in 2005 with his mother, Sultana Siddiqui, with the aim of promoting a positive image of Pakistan and its culture on a global scale. HUM Network is the only publicly listed media organisation in Pakistan and has garnered significant interest from the public due to its transparent business dealings, excellent understanding of the industry and commitment to good governance.
