Mexican style empanadas made with masa dough, so they are naturally gluten free. (Full recipe here: https://honest-food.net/mexican-empan... ) This is a simple method for making empanadas quickly and easily -- they can be filled with pretty much anything that is diced small. Really chunky fillings can break the masa.
