getting (back) into routine! Boxing Workout + Delicious Cauliflower Pizza Recipe!
Getting back in the groove. My first boxing workout in 6 years. Rumble Boxing is my favorite boxing class! We did Total Body - 5 rounds on the floor (weights) and 5 rounds on the bag (boxing). My legs were feeling it the next day!
So proud! Made a spinach artichoke dip cauliflower pizza recipe (from scratch!)
Full transparency- it was easy steps but took 2 hours to make! So if you do try it out, have a solid snack before making it. All the instructions are in the video, but here's the ingredients list for easy shopping. If you have any questions, I'm here to help!
Cauliflower Crust Ingredients:
1 (3 pound/1.4kg) head of cauliflower (makes 2 crusts)
Each individual crust:
5 ounces (140g/1cup) Cauliflower Meal
1/2 cup (55g) shredded low-moisture whole milk mozzarella cheese (not fresh)
1 large egg
Spinach and Artichoke Dip Top:
1/2 cup (10g) packed baby spinach
1/4 cup (40g) quartered artichoke hearts
4 tablespoons (30g) shredded mozzarella cheese (2tb spoons in mix, 2 on top)
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 1/2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon mayonnaise
