Sabudana Vada ek lokpriya falahari dish hai jo fast (vrat) ke waqt khayi jati hai. Isme hum bhige huye sabudana, uble huye aalu, moongfali aur hari mirch ka upyog karte hain. Shivratri ke pavan avsar par jab aap vrat rakhte hain, toh ye recipe aapko din bhar ke liye energy deti hai.

Ingredients (Samagri):
1 Cup Sabudana (Soaked)
2-3 Medium Boiled Potatoes
1/2 Cup Roasted Peanut Powder
2-3 Green Chilies (Finely Chopped)
Sendha Namak (Rock Salt) as per taste
Fresh Coriander Leaves
Lemon Juice
Oil for Deep Frying
Step-by-Step Process:
Sabse pehle sabudana ko 4-5 ghante ke liye bhigo dein. Jab sabudana soft ho jaye, tab usme uble huye aalu aur kooti hui moongfali milayein. Moongfali se vado me ek badhiya crunch aata hai. Saare masale aur hari mirch dalkar ek soft dough taiyar karein. Choti tikki banakar ise medium-hot oil me golden brown hone tak fry karein.
