Recipe:
1. Pour 210 ml (7 oz) of boiling water into tea cups. This cools the water to 80°C (175°F).
2. Place 10 g (0.35 oz) in kyusu teapot. (2 tbsp.)
3. Add the 80°C (175°F) water.
4. Brew for about 40 seconds.
*When brewing a 2nd and 3rd pot of tea, no steeping is required.
