Recommended Sets & Reps (depending on fitness level):
Muay Thai Pull Up: 3-5 sets of 5-10 reps
Muay Thai Pull Up Holds: 4-6 reps of holding as long as possible for each set with 15-30 seconds break in between.
Muay Thai Pull Up Negative Holds: 4-6 reps of holding as long as possible for each set with 15-30 seconds break in between.
