This is a short practice I filmed showing some of the essential movements that have helped me during my third trimester.
For this practice I used a large exercise ball , a chair and a 5lb mini-club.
Warm ups for hips & spine 1 min- 8:30 min
Arm prep for clubs - 8:30- 10:30 min
Arm strength with clubs - 10:30-15 min
Relaxation & supported stretches - 15:30- 23 min
