We often bring teams together to solve complex challenges without spending enough quality time building connections. Connection is at the core of psychological safety within groups, and facilitators need to be mindful of how connection moments can be designed and nurtured at the beginning of each project, to fuel the complex and messy work that follows. In this interactive session, we lean into a short connection experiment, and debrief it’s applicability.
About Anamaria Dorgo
Anamaria is a Learning Experience Designer, a Facilitator, and a Community Enabler. She brings people together around co-creation projects for the past three years, where she talks about designing for connection, and why connection and psychological safety through connection are the best catalysts for creativity and innovation.
