Vancouver Real Estate Market Update - October 2025

Описание: As we transition from summer to fall, we typically see a distinct change in real estate activity here in Metro Vancouver. However both buyer and seller activity remained somewhat tempered this September, relative to historical trends.

Total sales declined by 4% in September, and total inventory increased by only 5%, while our Sales-to-Active-Listing Ratio slid into Buyers Market territory at 11.3%.
