Vancouver Real Estate Market Update - August 2025

Описание: Typically as summer heats up in July and August sales activity starts to decline, but that hasn’t been the case this summer.

July home sales increased almost 5% relative to June. Meanwhile the pace of new listings declined by more than 10%.

With the pace of sales on the rise, and the pace of new listings declining, the sales to active listings ratio increased back up to 13.8%. While this is still in balanced market territory, it represents an increase relative to June and May.
