LUNAS has recently developed an interactive 3D presentation L-TOUCH of the Birla Niyaara residential complex located in the heart of South Mumbai, India. Apart from high-rising buildings, the development comprises a great variety of exterior amenities.
To give future tenants an opportunity to wander around the on-site development comforts we have created a walk-around 3D tour. Viewers get a chance to explore every corner of the property at a different time of the day to better feel the atmosphere of their prospective home.
If they get tired of strolling there's an interactive map that will teleport them to any point of interest in a few clicks. To make the experience even more immersive, we can add a few people doing their own business, just like in real life! Even the pickiest customers won't be able to resist the temptation to play around a bit.
