⏰How Do I Exercise When I Don’t Have The Time?
⬇️Comment below your biggest struggle with getting in time to workout ⬇️
Try this when your short on time!
Workout In-Between: try getting in a quick body weight workout when the water is boiling or your waiting for food to cook.
You can simply do 2-3 rounds of 10 air squats followed by 10 push-ups. You don’t always need equipment to get in a good workout!
Be more productive with the time you have in the gym: optimize your time by taking short rest breaks, incorporating weight training, and try doing a HIIT circuit to get in a quick intense workout!
Also prep your gym bag beforehand to save time and set yourself up for success!
