Sometimes the answer is right in front of you, but you don’t have the courage to see it. I’ve always believed that peace lived somewhere else, far away from home, far away from myself. Whenever I was searching for something, I looked outward, beyond what was in front of me, convinced that distance would give me the clarity I couldn’t find where I stood.

I came to Argentina holding onto that belief. Full of hope, excitement, and warmth, but also fear. Fear of discovering that what I was searching for no longer existed the way I remembered it. I arrived carrying memories, expectations, and a quiet longing to feel again what once made me believe in things. For a moment, it felt like living inside a dream, one where the past and present blurred, and I kept hoping they could align.

Slowly, that dream began to fade. I realized I was chasing something that had already ended, holding onto feelings that no longer had a place to land. What hurt the most wasn’t just the loss, but the numbness that followed, floating through beautiful places and moments without fully being there, ashamed of not being able to enjoy what was right in front of me, yet unable to stop feeling that way.

And then, almost unexpectedly, something shifted. The realization that I didn't want to feel that way ever again. I couldn’t keep living in that state of disconnection. I understood that dragging something unfinished would only stain the memories I treasured so deeply, and that I needed to let go and find myself again.

This trip became the answer I needed, not because anyone told me the truth, but because I felt it. I understood that sometimes you have to go far away to realize that the answer was never outside. I needed the distance to finally see what was right in front of me: to choose myself, to be present again, and to let go.

So this is more than a travel vlog. It’s a reminder that some journeys are not about finding something new, but about releasing what no longer needs you, while holding gently onto the beauty of what once was.
