Описание: Sit down with your feet together and place the resistance band under the bottom of your feet. Hold each end of the band firmly while you lie down on your back. Curl your arms up to your sides with your legs together elevated off the ground a few inches. Raise your shoulders off the floor and bring one leg off the band so your thigh is perpendicular to the floor. Contract your midsection and return your leg back to the band while immediately lifting your other leg in the same motion. Repeat range of motion for desired amount of repetitions.
