ASMR Sleep Hypnosis: Lucid Dream *Astral Projection* Soft Spoken

Описание: This soft spoken ASMR Sleep Hypnosis will help you to experience a lucid dream using astral projection or out of body experience (OBE). This sleep hypnosis can help you to step away from the thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations that so often cause us discomfort and distress. This is an ASMR sleep hypnosis and so includes triggers for sleep and relaxation. It concludes with a deep sleep induction and a natural white noise wind soundscape to aid rest, relaxation and sleep.

Hypnosis is an excellent compliment to psychotherapy and evidenced based talking therapies, but it is not a stand alone treatment. If you have been struggling with insomnia, another sleep problem, stress, anxiety or depression please speak to your doctor, they will be able to help you. I am a doctor of clinical psychology and frequently used hypnosis in this way to help my patients.

ASMR can aid relaxation and sleep but again, is it not a stand alone treatment. It can help in the management of symptoms of stress and sleep disorders in the short term but will not help you to resolve the underlying cause of these problems which is necessary for longer term relief and recovery.
