ASMR Sleep Hypnosis: Healthy Weight Loss (Soft Spoken)

Описание: This ASMR Hypnosis will help you to lose weight using a scientifically proven strategy (see links below to research). I am a doctor of clinical psychology and a trained hypnotherapist so this is a real hypnosis experience. As this is an ASMR video you will also experience ASMR triggers for relaxation and sleep. This hypnosis concludes with a deep sleep induction and a natural white noise ocean soundscape to aid relaxation and sleep.

To increase the effectiveness of this hypnosis listen to the information section of the hypnosis (see time stamp) outside of when you are attempting to achieve a trance state. Hypnosis is not a stand alone treatment for weight loss but is an effective compliment to evidence based psychotherapies which are often a key part of overcoming chronic difficulties with body weight, shape and image. This hypnosis will give you a good understanding of what this type of treatment for weight and eating issues involves but you may need additional support in achieving your goals if you are dealing with a long standing issue.

This strategy draws on the principles of mindfulness, so it also has benefits for general physical and mental health and wellbeing.
