Описание: Today I would like to speak to you about digital leadership and creativity in education. And for me digital leadership means that you know how to handle the new digital opportunities and that you learn how to listen to new ideas and suggestions.
Many of us are active in social media and we use digital tools every day. This means that you and I, other teachers, parents and students will have loads of ideas how we can use digital tools and solutions in education. Many people will put forward
new ideas to you and your organisation how certain things can be done.
I would like to ask you in the audience: Are you suggesting any digital ideas? And how are the ideas handled? Nicely or are you rude to the ideas? And does your organisation have someone who can coordinate the ideas that are put forward?
Because new ideas in digital - and digital leadership - it's gonna come from you and I. We are the people who will make a difference and come up with the next big improvement.
My challenge to you is to learn how to handle new ideas in a good way!
