Описание: What if kindness could save your life? Nada Rothbart is an entrepreneur in Northern California and a war survivor from Sarajevo. In her talk, Nada shares her unbelievable personal experience in a time of war where kindness ultimately saved her family’s lives. Even in the most tense situations, sometimes all you need is genuine hope and the confidence from some red lipstick to help you through the hardest of times. As a yoga instructor for nearly two decades, I've witnessed the transformative power of self-care and the profound impact it can have on individuals' lives. Guiding others on their personal journeys of healing has been incredibly rewarding. Surviving the war in Sarajevo taught me the power of kindness and gratitude, and it’s now my mission to share that wisdom with others.
