A gentle connected breath practice through the nose — inviting you to receive, release, and return to stillness.
This Mid Week Exhale offers space to listen inwardly and honour your own rhythm.
In this session, you’re guided through a connected breath, breathing in and out through the nose, with an emphasis on actively receiving on the inhale and gently letting go on the exhale. There is no forcing, no pulling — just awareness, softness, and a wave-like flow between inhale and exhale.
As the music begins and subtly changes pace, you’re invited to feel into what your body needs. Your breath may naturally shift, or it may stay exactly as it is. The practice encourages trust in your own rhythm and responsiveness.
The session then returns you gently to your natural breath before moving into silence, later closed by birdsong. You’re invited to notice how this silence feels — whether slower, more spacious, or different from earlier moments — allowing reflection without judgement.
A quiet, grounding practice for midweek recalibration.
