Welcome to my Thai egg noodles recipe. This is a stir fry egg noodle dish with vegetables in a Thai style. This dish was inspired by having a Thai noodle dish at Glastonbury festival. It became a great hangover meal for when we thought we had nothing quick to eat and became hangover noodles. You just use what you have to hand to make a quick tasty meal.

You Will Need
Egg noodles
1 tea sp Soy Sauce
2 desert sp Fish sauce
½ an onion
2 cloves of garlic
Any veg that you have to hand
