Описание: The Oxford Dictionary describes New Normal as "A previously unfamiliar or atypical situation that has become standard, usual, or expected." It is a term you tend to hear a lot in the cardiac ward. Before my heart attack and VAD implantation, I enjoyed long bike rides. In this video we discover whether my new normal includes a 55 km bike ride with nearly 300 metres elevation gain on one of the hottest days of the year.
