Morpeth Railway Station (and bonus Carlisle footage)

Описание: We travel to Morpeth after school for an afternoon of trainspotting where things were a bit all over the place. Overhead line problems on The East Coast Mainline and The Northumberland Line meant trains were running late and super unusually, the trains from Ashington were travelling to Newcastle via Morpeth.

We also got to see GBRF freight train 66752, The Hoosier State again, which was also running late.

Of course, it wouldn't be a trip to Morpeth without a trip to the station cafe. Orange and Carrot Cake was the choice today 😋

We are Tommy and Daddy and we are passionate about trains and planes, but mostly trains. After seeing some older boys creating videos of trains at our local station, we were inspired to give it a go ourselves.
