Today we tackle the Supreme Soup from Twilight Princess. Superb Soup is created when Link gives Yeto Ordon Goat Cheese, turning the Good Soup into Superb Soup. It recovers eight Hearts when drunk, the same amount as Red Potions.

Ingredients

INGREDIENTS:
2 pounds seeded and peeled pumpkin (You can use canned if out of season)
4 cloves garlic
½ cup white onion, chopped
1 cup carrots cut into chunks
2 potatoes cut into chunks
1 cup celery cut into chunks
4 cups fish stock (alternative: chicken or vegetable stock)
8oz goat cheese
1 ½ cups heavy cream
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 Salmon filet

Cut the pumpkin into 3 parts and deseed. Bake at 350 for 15min Once the pumpkin is baked peel and cut into chunks.
While baking cut onions and garlic.
Add 2/3 of the garlic and onions into the pot with some olive oil and cook until brown (med-high heat) then add in pumpkin and add fish stock. Cook at a simmer covered for 45min.
After 45min add your soup into a food processor or blender and puree. In addition, add in your goat cheese and heavy cream.
Peel and cut your carrots potatoes and celery into chunks. Add some oil to a pot and add the rest of the garlic till it browns. Add the veggies and sauté them for 10 min. Then add in the puree and cook on low heat for 10-15min. Cut your salmon and add salt and pepper inside the cuts. In a pan on med-high heat add the salmon and cook skin side first for 4-5min. Flip cook for 3 more min and then flip back to skin side. Take off heat and rest for 3 min. Cut your salmon into pieces and add to your soup.

The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess[a] is an action-adventure game developed and published by Nintendo for the Wii and GameCube home video game consoles. It is the thirteenth installment in The Legend of Zelda series. Originally planned for release on the GameCube in November 2005, Twilight Princess was delayed by Nintendo to allow its developers to refine the game, add more content, and port it to the Wii.[3] The Wii version was released alongside the console in North America in November 2006, and in Japan, Europe, and Australia the following month. The GameCube version was also released worldwide in December 2006, and was the final first-party game released for the console.[4][b]

The story focuses on series protagonist Link, who tries to prevent Hyrule from being engulfed by a corrupted parallel dimension known as the Twilight Realm. To do so, he takes the form of both a Hylian and a wolf, and is assisted by a mysterious creature named Midna. The game takes place hundreds of years after Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask, in an alternate timeline from The Wind Waker.[5]

At the time of its release, Twilight Princess was critically acclaimed, receiving several Game of the Year awards. As of September 2015, nearly nine million copies of the game were sold worldwide, making it the best-selling title in the series.[6] In 2011, the Wii version was rereleased under the Nintendo Selects label. A high-definition remaster for the Wii U, The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD, was released in March 2016.[7]
