Hey there! I’m Xannie. If you’re an emotionally sensitive person who loves cats, crafts, and unpacking the more challenging aspects of mental health, you’re in the right place!
I live with ADHD & pre-menstrual dysphoric disorder, but I’ve recovered from borderline personality disorder, an eating disorder, and I effectively manage bipolar II. I mainly create videos about mental health, drawing from my personal experiences, my psychology degree and current research.
I’m most interested in the aspects of mental health that people tend to avoid because it’s often the tough conversations that lead to lasting growth and change.
But it’s important to have joy in the chaos, so since I’m a seamstress with four cats, I’ll sprinkle in plenty of cat antics and creative crafting projects to lighten this channel!
