Ancient Porridge: Roman Officer's Puls (Serves one)

~INGREDIENTS~
1/3 of a cup (40g) of Semolina
1/3 Cup (40g) of sultanas or dried mixed fruit
1/3 Cup (80mls) of drinking water
1/3 (80mls) Cup of Milk
1 Tablespoon (15mls) Honey
a pinch of salt to taste
if desired, a pinch of Cinnamon has been another joy to flavour the dish!
METHOD:
1. In a clean cooking pot add all the ingredients together and pre-stir to mix all of it together before adding to the heat.
2. Bring the porridge to a slow heat, consistently stirring making sure clumps do not form.
3. Once the Puls porridge has thicken to a smooth glossy consistency, it is now ready to serve hot.
4. You may drizzle more honey over the top if more sweetness is desired.
5. Add the pinch of Cinnamon if desired
