You don’t have to choose one or the other — you can build strength and endurance if you train smart. Here are 7 tips to help you crush both 👇
1️⃣ Prioritize Strength First.
A strong body makes you a more efficient runner. Build power, protect your joints, and improve stride efficiency through lifting.
2️⃣ Fuel Like an Athlete.
Running and lifting both demand energy — under-eating is your fast track to burnout. Eat enough protein, carbs, and good fats to recover and perform.
3️⃣ Respect Recovery.
