Big Bowl Salad
2 big handfuls of mixed salad greens

1 large vine-ripened tomato
½ yellow capsicum

1 cup purple cabbage

½ head broccoli, steamed
1 handful baby Brussels sprouts, steamed
¼ cup pickled ginger
2 tbsp sauerkraut
1 pack crispy Korean seaweed
1½ cups cooked sushi rice and quinoa
Tempeh
1 block of tempeh
1 tbsp Vegeta stock powder
¼ cup nutritional yeast
1 tbsp vegan Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
Dressing
½ tsp grated garlic
½ tsp grated ginger
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1 tbsp maple syrup
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tsp wasabi paste (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp lime juice (optional)
