I’ve been getting that question a lot lately because a few other agents have left the Exit realty office that I was part of. So, I decided to film the interaction and in this candid conversation. I recount my experiences working for an independent brokerage and what lead me to leave and join a franchise office, “Exit Realty”. I further discuss challenges that arose during my time at that brokerage and what prompted me to start my own brokerage as an independent owner, “HomeStrong Realty”. I share my experience as a broker/owner and Instructor/owner and the obstacles I endured during that time.
