How to make aalu beans ki sabji🥘 | Aalu beans ki sabji kaise banae |
Ingredients:
👉2 medium potatoes (peeled and chopped)
👉green beans (chopped)
👉2 tablespoons oil
👉cumin seeds
👉small onion (chopped)
👉1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
👉1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (as per taste)
👉1 teaspoon coriander powder
👉Salt to taste
👉Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)
👉 water
Method:👇
Step 1:
Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes into small cubes. Wash and chop the green beans.
Step 2:
Heat oil in a pan on medium flame. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
Step 3:
Add chopped beans and sauté until it becomes light golden & bring it out.
Step 4:
Add Oil & Chopped Onion and Potatoes &saute.Add tomatoes ( optional).Then add ginger garlic paste & turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
Step 5:
Add green beans. Stir to coat the vegetables with spices.
Step 6:
Sprinkle 2–3 tablespoons of water, cover the pan, and cook on low flame.
Step 7:
Stir occasionally and cook until the potatoes and beans become soft.
Step 8:
Add water for gravy.Once cooked, uncover the pan and sauté for 1–2 minutes.
Step 9:
Turn off the flame and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
Step 10:
Serve hot with roti, paratha, or rice.
