This drop set technique takes the concept to a whole new level. Instead of the normal drop set where you try and squeak out a few more reps, you will instead DOUBLE the number of reps you're doing every time you drop the weight.
You'll start with very heavy weight then gradually decrease to light weight, increasing the reps exponentially every time you drop the weight.
This targets all muscle fiber types in one set, starting with the powerful and explosive type 2b fibers, moving to the type 2a fibers then finally the type 1 fibers.
