Been wanting to do this for a while so I decided to share with you guys what I'm eating during quarantine!
I'm not a full vegan but my diet consists of 90% fruits and vegetables and I rarely eat meat. I've personally learned that I perform much better and think more clearly when I don't restrict myself too much from certain types of food and just listen to what my body needs at the moment.
Weight loss is a super complicated topic for most people and there are a lot of diets out there that people do to achieve their goals. I, however, have learned that this is not the healthiest mindset to have when it comes to losing weight as it means that the person doing the diet thinks that being healthy is a short term thing when in reality, it's more of a long marathon. Please don't put too much pressure on yourself to lose weight as fast as possible as this can affect your overall health and happiness negatively. Remember, slow and steady wins the race.
