Thompson's Electro-Tyre Processor is a National Award-winning Innovation from India. The technology involves retreading of old automobile tyres using electricity. We supply machines and moulds needed for tyre retreading for all types of automobiles (from 2 wheelers to OTR).
The technology is very compact and safe with long-lasting moulds compared to the conventional methods. It does not require firewood, boilers and associated piping for its operation. The system is pollution-free and has its operational cost and labour one-third of the conventional cost. The initial cost is half the cost of conventional methods. The retreaded tyres using Thompson's machines have excellent finishing and quality with durability 20% more than a new tyre.
In addition to the electric retreading machine and moulds, we supply all the machines required for tyre retreading like tyre buffing machine, tyre rolling machine, trolleys, cut repairing machine etc. and all the raw materials needed for tyre retreading.
