Aaj ke is video mein hum banayenge sabka pasandida aur behad chatpata 'Muli ka Achar'. Thand ke mausam mein muli ka achar khane ka maza hi kuch aur hota hai. Is video mein maine bahut hi aasaan tarike se bataya hai ki kaise aap ghar par bilkul bazaar jaisa swadisht achar bana sakte hain jo lambe samay tak kharab nahi hoga.

Ingredients (Samagri):
Muli (Radish) - 1 kg
Gajar (Optional) - 2-3
Sarson ka tel (Mustard oil)
Rai/Sarson ki daal
Haldi, Lal mirch, Namak
