〈오늘도 입혀 주소서〉는 골로새서 3:12–14 말씀처럼,
그리스도인이 관계 속에서 무엇을 입고 살아야 하는지 고백하는 기도찬양이다.

사순절을 맞아, 하나님 앞에서
한 걸음 낮아져 “다시 입혀짐”을 구한다.

우리는 종종 상처를 이유로 원망을 붙잡고,
용서를 미루며, 마음이 굳어진다.
그러나 복음은 우리에게 먼저 다가와 말한다.
“주께서 너희를 용서하신 것 같이 너희도 그리하라.”
사순절은 그 말씀을 다시 심장 가까이에 두는 계절이다.

이 노래는 감정의 승리를 노래하지 않는다.
대신 십자가 앞에서, 오늘도 필요한 옷을 구한다.
긍휼과 자비, 겸손과 온유, 오래 참음의 옷.
그리고 그 모든 것 위에 사랑을 더하는 옷.
그 사랑이 우리를 온전하게 매는 띠가 되기를 노래한다.

🎵 Clothe Me Again Today – Song Description

“Clothe Me Again Today”
is a prayer song that confesses,
in the light of Colossians 3:12–14,
what a Christian is called to “put on” in relationships.
In the season of Lent,
it steps one pace lower before God
and asks to be “clothed again.”

We often cling to resentment
because of our wounds,
postpone forgiveness, and let our hearts grow hard.
Yet the gospel comes to us first and speaks:
“As the Lord has forgiven you,
so you also must forgive.”
Lent is the season that brings this word back close to the heart.

This song does not sing of an emotional victory.
Instead, before the cross, it asks again for the garments we need today:
compassion and kindness, humility and gentleness, patience—
and, over all these, love.
It sings that this love would become the bond that
holds us together in perfect unity.
