💡Cervical Spine is the neck region of your spinal column or backbone. It consists of your first seven bones (C1-C7), while Thoracic Spine is the middle section of your spine. It starts at the base of your neck and ends at the bottom of your ribs. It's the longest section of your spine. These two get stiff whenever you are experiencing shoulder pain so paying attention to improving your posture and its mobility will help a lot in preventing and relieving shoulder pain.
