Описание:
Adjust seat height so that knee joint of the leg on the pedal in the lowest point is almost extended
Seat-handles distance should allow for elbow joints to be almost completely extended, but don't lean forward too much with your torso
The main effort here - pushing the pedals with your legs
Support the motion with your arms but don't let them be in the way of the motion created with your legs!
Push one handle away and pull the opposite one towards yourself
You can stand up on the pedals to create greater speed/power during sprint
Repeat the whole cycle required amount of repetitions (until you reach required a distance/time/amount of calories)
