It seems that a very common problem with the M&S Systems ~ Music & Sound ~ Models MC602 ~ MC702 ~ MC902 Master Stations is the "Push-Latch" that hold the lower door closed.
Behind this door are the System Controls and Room-Control Switches
When the Latch fails - it either won't keep the door closed or you can't open the door
After searching for a Direct Replacement - I found some
