For a long time, I assumed solitude was something to get through — a phase, a gap, or a problem to solve. But after years of living alone, and now spending more time in solitude during retirement, I’ve come to see it differently.

In this video, I reflect on what solitude has taught me — about clarity, relationships, comfort with myself, and the quiet peace that comes when life slows down.

This isn’t advice. It’s perspective.
