This offering is not about fixing yourself.
It's about understanding what shaped you—
with compassion, dignity, and steadiness.

We move slowly here.
We don't excavate memories
and we don't push toward change.

We simply create enough safety to recognize what formed,
so the body no longer has to carry it alone.
