Certified yoga therapist, Sarah Nelsen, guides participants through a third yoga video in her series tailored to meet the needs of those with Long COVID, ME/CFS, FM, and POTS. In this video, additional considerations have been incorporated for those who experience post-COVID pulmonary and cardiac complications. Timing outlined below.
Sarah prompts participants to conduct frequent body check-ins, and encourages pacing and breaks. This video also offers two options of participation based on where the participant is at with their energy envelope.
**Move at your own individualized pace. Exceeding your energy threshold may result in post-exertional malaise, and other regressive symptoms. Start low, go slow. **
While additional considerations for those with Long COVID have been reflected in this video (respiratory/cardiac concerns), pw ME/CFS, FM, and OI have also been included.

5 min: Seated (or reclined) breath and body awareness
8:50 Seated shoulder flow
11:30 Seated side stretch
17:30 Transition to belly (or remain seated)
19:44 Baby backbends with breath
20:33 Seated alternative cactus arms with breath
21:48 Side lying (using 2 pillows)
23:14 Moving twist
24:46 Still twist
25:58 Transition to side 2
25:55 Moving twist
28:20 Still twist
29:24 Transition to final relaxation (using 2 pillows)
