Welcome to Day 2 of my beginner program!
After a first day focused on grounding and presence, today we gently move into action — while learning the fundamentals of my unique MCR method.
✨ What makes the MCR method so unique?
It combines 3 powerful axes that are rarely used together:
Sensory and vagus nerve stimulation – to reconnect with yourself, calm the mind, and reduce stress.
Core space and posture work – we create space between the rib cage and pelvis to release tension, boost digestion, and support a flatter belly. We maintain a natural lumbar curve and work on deep posture alignment.
Tissue and joint mobility – through fascia release and mobility work, we support detox, longevity, and fluid movement.
💡 I created this method after a professional dance career, working closely with doctors, physical therapists, and high-performance athletes. My mission? To relieve pain, restore vitality, and help every body move with ease – whether you’re recovering or performing at the top.
