In this video I give you a pulling workout for 3 different skill levels. Here they are listed
BEGINNER SET
Pull Up Negatives 4-8 second negative
Scapula Pulls – 5 seconds
Knee Raises (5-10 second hold)
4-6 rotations
INTERMEDIATE SET
1-2 Pullups
Skin the cat
L-Sit (5-10 seconds)
4-6 rotations
ADVANCED SET
1-2 knee raise or L-sit pullups
Switchgrip
L-sit or toes to bar (5-10 seconds)
4-6 rotations
