A lovely dessert for grown ups!
Ingredients:
1 envelope of unflavored gelatin (2 tsps)
2 TBS cold water
1/4 cup of boiling water
1/2 cup sugar
3 TBS unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups of heavy cream (very cold)
1/2 cup of Bailey's Irish Cream liquor (very cold)
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
