This is the perfect 20 minute full body Pilates workout to sculpt your abs, glutes, legs, back and arms. It’s the perfect go to routine to effectively give that hourglass body.
This is a lying down / on all fours mat Pilates routine so great if you’re a beginner or want something low intensity. Workout can be done from home or anywhere you have space to lie down. The routine can be repeated if you want an extra burn.
If you need to take breaks or modify any of the exercises thats okay! Go at your own pace and be proud that you chose to move your body today 🫶🏻
