In this video I go over some of my favorite exercises for overall back development. One of my main focuses this off season is adding more width and thickness to my back before stepping on stage next year for USA's. The exercises I go over in this video are staples for the most part in my training. I sometimes will throw in a new row variation or pulldown variation depending on how I'm progressing each week and also how well I'm recovering. Below is how the training session went in order!
1. Cable Pullover-3x10-12
2. T Bar Row-4x8-10
3. Overhand Lat Pulldown-3x8-12
4. Single Arm Hammer Strength Row-3x8-10
5. Hammer Strength Lat Pulldown-2x8-10
