Expert campaign will be unlocked after completing main campaign.
These levels require better strategies compared to main levels.
In this level, 9 empty lots are needed to win.
There are 12 lots... 3 premiere lots, and 9 empty lots then?
Build a farmhouse and sell it. Buy 1000 materials.
Build a sawmill. Buy a house and materials.
Build a workshop. Build, appraise, and sell a manor.
Upgrade efficiency and hire workers.
Buy houses to demolish them and build new mansions.
Build a premiere manor. Upgrade houses a bit.
Buy all houses. Build 2 premiere windmills.
Demolish everything except required buildings.
